Oral Conscious Sedation (optional) - OR
We offer oral sedation, in which Dr. Sabourin would prescribe a sedative for you to take prior to your treatment appointment. We ask that you (the patient) have a ride to bring you to the office for your treatment and take you home after your treatment.
Consent for Endodontic Surgery - OR
Whenever we perform an apicoectomy (a surgery for a tooth that has been treated with a root canal before), we ask patients to sign a consent for endodontic surgery form.
